2020 is destined to be an extraordinary year. We have experienced a war without gunpowder, but in the same way, we have also gained too many good and blessings. The sweat flowing, the footprints we have walked, scenes of precious pictures play back in our minds. Grasp the moment, the dream remains, we have been working hard!

In order to understand the sales department's work in the first half of the year and the work plan for the second half of the year, and at the same time strengthen everyone's professional knowledge level. Shanghai Zhichu & Bolv held the 2020 Mid-year Sales Conference at the Holiday Inn Express Shanghai Songjiang Fangta from July 17th to 19th. We always believe that only by continuous learning and strengthening our professional capabilities can we provide users with better products and services.

At this meeting, we conducted product training for the sales team on the full range of shaking incubator product knowledge, introduction and application of stacked shaking incubator and CO2 shaking incubator, Bolv and its products, microorganisms/cells and their culture technology, small animal imaging and other product trainings. At the same time, in order to let everyone understand thoroughly, examination papers and on-site questions and answers were also conducted on the spot.

On the road of pursuing excellence, Zhichu&Bolv has emerged a group of outstanding employees and teams who work hard and forge ahead. Combining the performance in the first half of the year and normal work performance, we announced the quarterly title evaluation list, and gave cash rewards to the top three individuals and teams with outstanding monthly performance.

At the meeting, President Qian also answered and gave practical solutions to all kinds of problems encountered in the current stage of work, and made important arrangements for the work in the second half of the year, indicating the company direction of development.

Due to the impact of the epidemic, this year's meeting cancelled the family condolences of outstanding employees and employee travel links, but took everyone to the new factory for a tour. The comfortable office environment and advanced production equipment have strengthened everyone's integration into the corporate culture and also witnessed the company's growth.

With the development of the company and the gradual growth of the agent team, the jurisdiction of our sales team has spread all over the country, and the number of gatherings in a year is only a handful. This mid-year meeting is the first full assembly of our sales team this year. This gathering will allow everyone to have a deeper communication with each other, and also laid a good foundation for the smooth development of future work.
