1. The use of high temperature shaking incubator:
High-temperature shaking incubators are widely used in bacterial culture, fermentation, hybridization, biochemical reactions, enzyme and tissue research, etc. They have higher requirements on temperature and oscillation frequency.
2. Main features of high temperature shaking incubator:
a. Using microcomputer temperature and frequency controller with timing function;
b. Stainless steel is used in the box body, which is easy to clean;
c. Equipped with a door switch: the system stops working when the door is opened, and starts when the door is closed;
d. The circuit that controls the acceleration can ensure the smooth start and stop of the shaker, and can prevent the liquid in the container from splashing and causing damage to the instrument.
3. Precautions and maintenance of high temperature shaking incubator:
a. Be careful when handling, and the angle between the box body and the horizontal plane should not be less than 60°;
b. In order to maintain the beauty of the equipment, acid or alkali and other corrosive materials should not be used to wipe the surface of the box body. The inside of the box can be wiped with a dry cloth regularly;
c. When the incubator is not in use, the power plug should be unplugged.
d. The minimum distance between the high-temperature shaking incubator and the wall should be greater than 10cm to ensure good heat dissipation of the refrigeration system.
e. The room should be dry, well-ventilated, and the relative humidity should be kept below 85%. There should be no corrosive substances, and direct sunlight should be avoided on the incubator;
f. The power supply used must have a reliable ground wire to ensure reliable contact between the ground wire of the incubator and prevent leakage or accidental damage.
