Place the shaking incubator / shaker on a horizontal surface or workbench that can support the weight of the shaker and all related parts.
2. Operating environment:
Please ensure that the indoor temperature range is between 18 ℃ ~ 34 ℃ and the relative humidity is up to 90%.
3. Power supply voltage:
Please confirm the local power supply voltage meets the requirements before use.
4. Component installation:
The installation of the shaking incubator clamp is to fix the base of the clamp to the platform by using the correct type and number of screws.
5. Standard operation:
When the shaking incubator / shaker is rotating at high speed, in order to avoid large vibration of the instrument, the culture reagent bottles should be placed symmetrically on the shaker, and the culture medium in each bottle should be approximately equal. Please fix the sample firmly on the shaker. When the shaker is working, the sample will not be shaken violently before leaving. During the sampling process, if there is a sample missing (including the drop of the plug), the main power supply should be turned off, as far as possible to remove debris with tweezers. If necessary, some parts need to be disassembled for cleaning, do not directly handle by hand when the shaker is working. It is forbidden to put the tube rack made of plastic foam into the shaker, so as to avoid foam particles sucked into the fan shaft, causing the fan to overheat and burn! When removing the sample, turn off the power or set the speed to zero.
The surface of the shaking incubator / shaker should be scrubbed frequently to keep it clean. When scrubbing, the side of the instrument control box should be avoided to prevent water from entering the instrument and damaging the instrument. During regular use, regularly check whether the fastening screws of the fuse box, control components and instruments are loose. For long-term use, when the instrument fails, it should be repaired by professional maintenance personnel and cannot be easily disassembled. When it is not used for a long time, especially in the rainy or humid season, it should be regularly energized and operated for 5-8 hours to drive off the moisture absorbed by the electrical components of the equipment.
