

Installation
a. Location and Space Requirements
The shaking incubator must be situated in a well ventilated area where there is no strong light and hazardous atmosphere. The surface on which the unit is placed must be smooth, level, and able to support the shaker under full load operating conditions.
Allow at least 10cm from the back and 30 cm from the right sight of the shaker to the clear wall. Also allow enough room for the lid to be fully open.
b. Environment
The shaker is designed to operate optimally in the following ambient conditions:
10 ℃ to 35 ℃
20 to 85% relative Humidity
c. Electrical Requirements
AC 110/220±10%, 50Hz-60Hz, Capacity 2Kw
CRUSH WARNING!
Be Careful! When raising or handling the machine.
The machine should not be tilted over 45 degree.
Precautions
To ensure that your shaker retains its attractive appearance, an occasional cleaning, using a cloth with conventional household (non-abrasive) cleaner is recommended.
We also suggest that the area around the shaker be swept to remove dust and other debris, ensuring proper air flow in and around the shaker.
WARNING!
When cleaning and repairing the unit, always turn off the shaker and disconnect the power cord from the power supply.
Personnel involved in the cleanup of any spill should wear gloves, safety glasses.
When the shaker not used for three month or long term working on the refrigeration ON mode, should heating it every two weeks to prevent humidity.
To do it as follow steps:
1. Reset the temperature to 40 ℃.
2. Open the lid, making the heating working.
3. The heating time at least 4 hours, make the moisture fully evaporated.
