In 2021, ZHICHU was granted 28,000m2 of land and started to establish ZHICHU Industrial Park.

On September 9, 2010, ZHICHU was officially established in Shanghai,positioned to the high-end market.

In 2011, the products were successfully developed and officially launched to the market.

In 2012, ZHICHU was certified by the ISO9001, 2008 Quality Management System, and established the distributor sales mode.

In 2013, ZHICHU passed the professional inspection by Shanghai Aerospace 808 Institute and CE certification.

In 2014, ZHICHU Sheet Metal Department was officially established to complete integrated production.

In 2015, ZHICHU received the title of High-tech Enterprise.

In 2016, the first independent factory was purchased.

In 2017, ZHICHU was recommended on the official website of Jiangnan University on the first China Brand Day.

In 2018, Shanghai Bolv Instrument Co, Ltd. (mainly engaged in the manufacturing of incubators and bioreactors) was established in cooperation with the dealers. BOLV started to be promoted as the second brand.

In 2019. Zhichu Biotechnology(Shanghai) Co, Ltd. (mainly engaged in the R&D of highend, high-value molecular biological instruments) was incorporated.

In 2020, ZHICHU was rated Shanghai "Litte Giant of Science and Technology” , and Shanghai Zhichu Laboratory Equipment Co, Ltd.(mainly engaged in the manufacturing of biological safety cabinets and laminar flow cabinets) was founded under cooperation.

In 2021, ZHICHU won the title of "Shanghai Specialized, Refined, Differential and Innovative Enterprise".

In 2022, about 28,000㎡ industrial land was signed for Major Industrial Projects in Shanghai; Shanghai Junshenghong Precision Machinery Co, Ltd. (mainly engaged in precision machining parts of life science instruments) was founded.

In 2023, Ningbo Zhichu Technology Co., Ltd. (mainly engaged in ultrasonic cell disruptor, ice maker and others) was founded.

In 2024, Shanghai Zhichu Analytical Instruments Co., Ltd. was established, officially entering the analytical instruments market.
